Gallic Infantry group 2

    Another grouping of my Gallic Infantry force of figures. Again as stated I hope to post at least 6 of these of years end for those interested.

Vikings 1

     These figures are of my own collection something I have been to post pics of but have been very slow to do. I have used 3 manufacturers of choice being Footsore, Crusader and Foundry to build my army of Viking figures. The number of different figures from these 3 lines is diverse enough that a collection of 300 figures will have plenty of variety. I have chosen to post the pics of the Vikings in groups of 24 for those who enjoy Vikings or need inspirational ideas for their own collections.

 

Gallic Infantry group 1

    These figures belong to my collection and are simply labelled as group 1 as I have several other groups of 24 miniatures to add to them. If one needs some visual representation for their own collection hopefully by years end I will post at 6 groups of 24 totaling 144 miniatures. I will be using mostly 3 main manufacturers being A&A, Crusader and Foundry which all blend in nicely.

 

Gallic Cavalry

  Some mounted Celts/Gauls painted for another individual who will provide the basing. Most of the figures are Foundry with a few others thrown in. The biggest challenge is obviously doing checkered type pattern/stripes for the figures which add some time to the painting process but certainly is the worth the effort....

Companion Cavalry (Macedonia)

             These figures are mostly made up from Wargames Foundry with a few other manufacturers thrown in. None of them are based which will be done by the owner. I painted a total of 24 figures which will give a sizable unit for the table top.
